Up up and away

Everyone loves amusment parks. Whether you enjoy munching on a hot dog or cotton candy, or hanging upside down in some kind of crazy ride (which, unfortunately for me, makes my stomach do flip flops); amusements parks offer something for everyone. For me, it's reminder of my childhood when my family used to visit Belmont Park every summer (located in Montreal; it was torn down and no longer exists). I just loved the smell of cotton candy and popcorn, and hearing all kids scream as they went through a series of loops. It meant that summer had finally arrived......

old Montreal

There's nothing like taking a stroll through old Montreal. There's so much to look at and it seems that everywhere you look there's something to photograph. A great place to get inspired!

Spring is here

Last week the temperatures soared to over 25 celsius and we had a glimpse of what summer has in store for us. Having recently moved to a new house on the shores of the St. Lawrence River we saw the last of the ice float away and woke up one morning completely surrounded by fog.
